Supported an Urban Mixed-Use Complex Development and Operations Program

This project is positioned as an integrated urban community combining residential units, commercial facilities, and public spaces. Facing complex planning constraints, extreme climate conditions, and multi-function development requirements, we provided end-to-end advisory support covering project planning, planning optimization, development strategy, and commercial positioning.

Client Challenge

In a multi-building mixed development with residential and public-commercial functions, the project needed to solve core issues across positioning, phasing, function coordination, and long-term operational sustainability.

Our Approach

We applied an integrated method of market research, planning optimization, commercial positioning, and technical implementation to rebuild the project's investment logic and product system around urban trends and local demand.

Key Actions

We delivered development model and phasing recommendations, optimized building massing and spatial structure, and refined residential-commercial functional layout. We also designed podium-level amenities (community supermarket, fitness, dining, and services). Considering local conditions of -31.2 C minimum temperature, 126 kgf/m2 snow load, and 38 kgf/m2 wind load, we proposed a hybrid structural implementation strategy to balance safety, efficiency, and schedule.

Results and Impact

The project established a clear development positioning and executable product structure, forming a coordinated residential-commercial-public-space community model. Through shared rooftop courtyard planning above parking areas, children activity zones, and sports-leisure spaces, it further improved land-use efficiency, community vitality, and long-term operating value, becoming a representative integrated residential case in Astana.

Integrated Mining Supply Chain Configuration and Operations Optimization

Centered on copper resource development and smelting systems, we designed an integrated supply chain configuration for the client. By linking steel, coal, iron ore, and pipe businesses, we built a cross-segment resource allocation and capacity coordination mechanism to strengthen raw-material security and delivery stability.

Covered exploration and mining, concentration and smelting, and output of copper concentrate, cathode copper, gold, silver, and sulfuric-acid-related products to form a vertically integrated chain from raw inputs to finished products.
